I am not a Perfume girl, love creams and washes with smell but really never put on perfume.
I Got this, this week and tried it right away. Oh this is a nice perfume and since we a looking into winter time and this is the perfect scent for this time of year. This is a beautiful fall-winter scent. It is stunningly, darkly captivating and sensual powdery, but with a intriguing blend of wood, floral and spice notes and slightly sweet.Very classy. Very soft and comforting. It is not strong I can see myself wearing this all winter.I have heard that this is the perfume with 100 scents, this is true.
The scent stills stays close to you and It's not overwhelming. This also last all day or night. Perfect scent to use on a wonderful winter night out.
I do plan on using this though out the fall and winter.
5 out of 5 :):):):):)

I have been trying out NUIT DE NOEL by Caron - Eau De Toilette for a few days now. I had been looking forward to trying this fragrance and glad that I did.
I must say that what struck me most about this fragrance was not the floral but the The dry down was spicy and fortunately, I am unable to detect much florals at all which is a good thing to me.
Now this is on me.... but the notes might be different on others.
Last pretty good of the day and will keep this in my rotation of my perfurme collection :D

I'm also not a huge floral fan. My tendencies tend to be towards citruses and sweeter scents (CSP cannot make enough Vanille's for my liking ;)

While reading the woodsy ingredients on the box, I wasn't quite sure how I'd take to this fragrance. I was very surprised at how much I love this scent. It's not so woodsy that you feel like you're in a forest and what surprised me the most was that it's an Eau de Toilette which I typically give a life factor of about 15 minutes. But this scent has many beautiful layers which change throughout the first hour and I was still able to take in its' unique aroma 3 and even 4 hours later.

:D :D :D :D :D

This perfume was a little bit musky and a little bit floral. I found that just one spirtz was enough to last the whole day. I would classify it as more of a night time scent to wear out on the town. While I'm more of a fan of citrus and lighter scents (such as Sugar by Aquolina), this scent does have its charm. I recommend it to anyone who is fond of oriental fragrances and muskier fragrances. I'd give it 4 stars out of 5.

** Return of a cult favorite that was discontinued!

Caron's Violette Précieuse

Originally created in 1913, Caron's fragrance by perfumer Ernest Daltroff for his love to partner Felice Vanpouille, Violette Précieuse was a favorite of many violet fans before it was discontinued. Proudly back on the market in time for Mother's Day, Violette Précieuse has been reformulated and is quite different from the original.

Head Notes: Violet Flower, Violet Leaves, Iris, Orange Blossom

Heart Notes: Jasmine, Lily of the Valley

Base Notes: Musk, Sandalwood, Raspberry, Vetiver

REVIEW: This is a remarkably feminine and utterly gorgeous floral fragrance. Not at all overpowering, it's rich in complexity yet exudes a delicate bouquet. Its' crystal cut bottle is more modernly updated complete with spray pump & oval cap. Amazingly gorgeous. What Frederick Malle's Lipstick Rose is to fresh roses, Caron's Violette Précieuse is to blooming violets.

Available at Henri Bendel NY, Bergdorf Goodman NY, Phyto Universe and select Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom and Bloomingdales. For more information call: 1.877.88.CARON.
