Disappointment with PacSun

My daughter loves shopping online at PacSun, and we have spent a lot of money there.
I had place a order before Christmas online. When checking out the site said that
they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. This was my daughters Christmas present.
It did not arrive by Christmas, it arrived a few days after. You should have seen the look on
my daughters face Christmas morning.
I called their Customer Service and asked about package. The man on the phone said he was sorry and
it was totally PacSuns fault. He thenoffer me a gift card sent by mail.
I was happy with that and so was my daughter.
Now this was the day after Christmas,and I still have not gotten the Gift Card!
I and my daughter (who can and has spent thousands at pacsun) are very disappointed.

She asked to place a order last week from them, I referred her to Tilly's.com.
We received the order 2 days after placing it!
We have placed orders before with Tilly's.com and get them within 2 days!
If you have a teen that can't decide between Tilly's and Pacsun... order from Tilly's.com!!

That's terrible! Did you ever get the gift card though? I would have been furious and I know what it's like to expect something at a certain time and get disappointed because a company can't do something as simple as put it in the mail.
