Christian Lacroix Rouge is a vivid fragrance interpretation of Mr. Lacroix’s original haute design sensibility. With this striking new fragrance he has successfully captured the mystique long coveted by international A-list celebrities, including award-winning actresses and singers.

Christian Lacroix Rouge is a bold floral chypre that welcomes a new era of sensualism to Avon. Its elegant and sophisticated signature is based on natural Patchouli Heart, contrasted with an exhilarating introduction of Spanish Carnation, and energizing White Pepper.


The Exhilaration (top)
Within the first layer, delicate Red Wild Peony is accompanied by the freshness and effervescence of orange peel. Soon after, senses come alive with the infusion and energy of White Pepper.


The Passion (heart)
This layer is textured by the velvety elegance of Osmanthus Flower, with lush notes of fresh Japanese Plum Blossom and the flair and passion from Spanish Carnation.


The Addiction (base)
Reveals a chic sensual Patchouli Heart caressed by silky Cashmere Woods and indulgent Skin Musks.


The luxurious packaging of Christian Lacroix Rouge is distinctive of the House of Lacroix, reflecting a passion for embroidered motifs with the bold use of red and black. The pattern on the bottle was inspired by a beautifully ornate bull fighting cape Mr. Lacroix received as a gift and incorporated into a haute couture dress. He was so moved by the pattern on the cape, he incorporated a similar design on the bottle of Christian Lacroix Rouge.

Christian Lacroix Rouge will be available in the U.S. beginning in November 2007 for $32.00 (1.7 fl oz) at Avon.com.



REVIEW: We had the extreme privilege of being able to try this spray EDP out and it is amazing! Lasts for hours...not too floral-ly. It's a very warm, spicey oriental with citrus and quite complex. Lasts for many hours and a highly recommended buy if you're into citrus/floral/oriental's. Upon first (and second and third) sprays, I've become totally addicted.
