Deborah's got a great trick for wearing red with a very matte finish. Prep mouth with a Vitamin E stick, then blot. Apply a mix of Vincent Longo's matte lipstick in True Red with a berry shade (V2063) of Versace's "Lips" lipstick (to mix, put a dab of both in palm of hand & swirl with lip brush before applying). Blot again, frame with lip liner. After another blot, she holds a tissue lightly over the lips and dusts with setting powder. This look will hold for a very long time - perfect for a big evening out.
